Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase and support of our mission. We deeply appreciate your contribution and commitment to United Way. In our effort to ensure transparency and fairness in our operations, we have established the following return and refund policy:
Final Sales: All sales are deemed final due to the charitable nature of our organization. Our resources are channeled towards the initiatives we support, and thus we are unable to accommodate general return requests.
Defective Items: Notwithstanding the above, in the rare event that you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize and are committed to rectifying the situation. Please report any product defect within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping: Customers are wholly responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a traceable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Please include relevant details of your order, a description of the issue, and any photographs if applicable. This will enable us to assist you promptly and efficiently.
Refund Process: Once we verify the legitimacy of the defect claim, we will offer a suitable solution which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, based on the circumstances.
Note: Items returned as defective will undergo a quality check. If the claim is found to be unjustified and the item is in its original condition, it will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Marketing@uwgkc.org.
